• I can advise on using the best teaching strategies taking into consideration the individual’s key interests and strengths. This way,   their motivation is increased and their learning accelerated.

• I offer 1:1 training to give your organisation a greater depth of understanding about autism, its characteristics, attributes and challenges.

• I can advise on interventions to increase joint attention, social skills, expressive and receptive communication, attention and listening, and fine motor skills.

 

• I can help plan the working environment and resources within it to ensure that the workspace is autism friendly and accessible to the individual. This will positively impact on performance, socialisation skills and learning.​

• I can advise on how to make individual learning and training more appealing and motivating. This includes guidance on choosing both practical and interactive resources.

 

• I can help with behaviour and anxiety management and provide strategies on how to successfully manage changes and transitions.
